The GEM Team is growing!! Thanks to the generosity of the ORIX Foundation, we are so excited to welcome Angelica Diaz-Rangel as our full-time Program Coordinator!! Angelica and her daughter began participating in our Pearl Program in 2014. Angelica has been home for over 2 years. She inspires and empowers others daily – exemplifying the power of redemption. My vision is for GEM to ultimately be staffed only with women directly impacted by the criminal justice system so this announcement brings me great joy. THIS is what freedom looks like.
